In this episode of Abundant Behavior, I sat down with my Boy Que to discuss fitness and wellness. With us going into the new year, many people have fitness goals with no plan of execution. We discussed the importance of meal prepping, ways to stay on course with your plan, and how to fall in love with the journey. Que also talked a little about his upbringing ,and how the sternest of his father pushed him to join the military and become the man he is today.
