Words from Chelsea Ulendo:
Advice for self discovery
My advice for someone who is afraid to go on a self-discovery journey because of the fear of being alone is to reframe their perspective. Being alone can be scary, but it can also be a powerful opportunity for self-reflection, growth, and discovery. When we are alone, we have the time and space to truly tune into our own thoughts, feelings, and desires without the distractions and influences of others. It's important to remember that being alone does not have to mean being lonely. By embracing solitude as an opportunity for self-discovery and connection, rather than a source of fear, we can unlock a whole new level of self-awareness and fulfillment

Losing Friends
Losing friends can be a difficult part of the personal development journey. It's important to remember that people come and go in our lives for various reasons, and it's okay to let go of friendships that no longer serve us. It's important to focus on the relationships that bring positivity and support to our lives, and to make space for new relationships that align with our personal growth. It can also be helpful to seek out communities or groups that share our interests and values, as these can provide a sense of belonging and support. Remember that it's okay to outgrow friendships and that it's a natural part of the journey towards personal fulfillment..
